Online Services - Over 16s

Step 1

If you wish to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions download the NHS App (or another approved app)

Step 2

You will then need to register for online access with the practice by completing the ‘Access to Online Services’ form. Click here

Step 3

After we have received your form you will be contacted within 5 days via text to confirm your identity with photo ID

Step 4

After receiving your ‘Access to Online Services’ form and your photo ID, we can grant you access. You will receive an email with all the login details, including ODS code, linkage key and account ID
